Due to the nature of information-based products or services sold, all refund requests are subject to discretion at any time.

** Downloading, distributing, or sharing account information of any content, forfeits your right to request for a refund. 

If you purchase any program from our website, you will be granted a 14-day refund policy starting at the time of purchase. You will only be granted this policy if you have viewed less than 10% of the course content, and you have not joined the private group, because the intellectual property inside is protected.

If it is past 14 days from the purchase date, you join the private Facebook group, or watched more than 10% of the course, you will legally not be eligible for a refund.
